Airport Transfer FAQs

Once your payment has gone through, you will automatically receive an email confirming your booking.
Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a confirmation voucher with your booking number and the information you need regarding your transfer. This confirmation voucher also serves as your receipt.
Our professionally trained drivers are well trained to track customers at the exit point or at the customs hall. Your driver will be holding a board with your name and our logo on it.
A ‘Meet and Greet service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place i.e an Arrivals Hall.
No, we don't charge any additional charge for waiting. Apart from this we also personally monitor each of the flight timings. So, no matter how delayed your flight is, you can always ensure that your driver is waiting for you at the terminal point on arrival.
Our transfer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our support center team is available to assist you every day from 9 am to 10 pm.

Trips and Tours FAQs

Once you're on the page of your chosen you're, simply select a date and the number of people in your group. Then you'll see a "Book Now" button.
We only accept payments via PayPal.
Once your payment has gone through, you will automatically receive an email confirming the transaction.
Many of our trips can be organized at the last minute, however, to avoid disappointment and to ensure that you are able to take the tour of your choice on the day of your choice, we do encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.
You can cancel a tour up to 2 days before its departure for a full refund. For all tours, we will retain a 25% cancellation fee for the cost of the reservation. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the start of the trip will, unfortunately, result in the loss of 100% of your reservation price.

We offer a range of tours specifically designed for families with children and teenagers, suitable for all ages. If you'd like to join a regular private tour, our guide will of course adapt to the group's constraints to guarantee the ideal family experience.

We mainly operate in English, although we work with a multilingual team of guides and are happy to accommodate your wishes where possible.

Our team consists of qualified guides as they are known in Egypt. This qualification means that they are part of the only guides with official permission to guide in Egypt. We will provide a simple and easy-to-locate meeting point.
It is entirely up to you whether you leave your guide a tip following your tour. There is no obligation, however, if you enjoyed your experience your guide will be happy to receive a tip as a token of your appreciation.
All bookings on our site are processed in Euros (€). If your country’s currency is not Euros, your bank will automatically convert the price to your country’s currency when you are charged.
